A large financial services firm, located in the Miami area–urgently seeking an experienced IVR Developer to work in a fast-paced call center environment. Company offers excellent benefits including 100% paid health ins for the individual–401K–bonus–education reimbursements.
Support existing IVR applications and implement modifications as needed
• SDLC
• optimization – call center applications
• Coordinate customer acceptance testing
• Support other teams as required for weeknight and/or weekend maintenance/ work windows for activities such as server patching, WAN/LAN network maintenance, or other infrastructure changes
• Work to ensure SLA objectives are met
• Avaya Experience Portal experience
• Predictive dialer experience such as Presence or Aspect, as well as auto dialers such as Varolli
• Nuance Framework
• VXML/XML
• Java
• .Net
• Familiarity with SQL scripting and database modeling in SQL and Oracle environments
• An understanding of the Avaya architecture, PBX/ACD, Avaya CTI/IC (computer telephony integration).
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and isolate problems and process information in a fast paced environment
• Ability to find technology workarounds
• Ability to work in a mixed environment of Avaya and IVR engineers
• Experienced in change management and implementation of technology
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a mixed Voice/Telecommunications and IVR environment
