Miami based Fortune 500 corporation has a minimum 6 month assignment to assist in implementing Varicent Cloud Solution now known as IBM's  Cognos Incentive Management on the Cloud a Sales Performance Management application.   Must have solid knowledge of Varicent Sales Incentive Compensation Management Software for the Cloud.


Client is migrating from Varicent to IBM's Cognos SPM.


Implementation will be for Enterprise Corporation with very large sales force, focusing on sales effectiveness and planning, incentive plan modeling, quota planning, territory management, sales commission and incentive calculations, and sales performance analytics and dashboards


Must be experienced with the scalability of Varicent Suite for automating the administration and calculation of compensation plans and monitoring sales performance.


Expertise with any or all of the following modules:

• Dashboarding

• Import Manager

• Payee Ledger

• Plan Manager

• Scheduler

• Workflow

• Compensation Modeler
