Our Boca Raton based client, a provider of cloud based management solutions–searching for a proven software sales professional (a “Demo Ninja”, a “Product Evangelist”) with experience demonstrating and selling the value of SaaS based solutions to join our team as a Product Demonstration Specialist reporting to the Sales Manager. This position will be 100% focused on new business and metric driven.

You will be responsible to work with the Sales team to achieve sales and/or profitability objectives through the development and delivery of well thought out, value based demonstrations of our products.

Responsibilities:
 Be a “Product Evangelist” selling the value of our products, emphasizing how our products can help them grow their business, streamline their operations and make better management decisions.
 Design and maintain multiple Product demonstration environments
 Research prospects to identify their needs, create and deliver powerful demonstrations that emphasize our value, how our products can help them grow their business.
 Close Deals, shorten Sales cycles
 Guide Prospects: adeptly answer questions and overcome objections with creative ideas regarding implementation options for our products. The ideal candidate would have worked on or been
closely involved in an implementation and therefore can relate to the challenges that stem from an
implementation.
 Report issues and thoughtful product enhancement ideas to the Product Team
 Provide concise, informative status to management.

Required skills and experience:
 7+ years’ Product Demonstration experience with software solution selling
 Previous experience with one or more packages such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, or Siebel ERP solutions.
 Ability to speak comfortably to all levels of professionals within their organization including CEOs/CIOs/CFOs, Vice Presidents, Administrators, Project Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts/QAs. An understanding of the different roles and functions within a Company, their IT department and how they correlate during an implementation. ? Self-starter, high goal achiever, high energy individual with a positive attitude, realizing that consistent personalized focused activity will drive success.

Education and/or Related Experience – Required:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management Information Systems or equivalent knowledge and experience.
 Industry-related experience in CRM/ERP applications, or other similar software sales
 Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.

Compensation will be based on a lucrative base + commission + stock options
