The Marketing Communications Specialist is marketing minded, creative, organized and analytical individual that develops, coordinates, and executes various marketing materials and campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with client and Account Managers to establish marketing plans and goals
Establish and maintain client marketing calendars and timelines
Utilize program data to formulate and propose marketing opportunities
Write and communicate creative briefs detailing marketing projects, including positioning, objective(s) and user experience
Guide the conversion of creative ideas into effective art, design, copy and imagery in accordance with client branding guidelines
Manage the execution of marketing communications across multiple channels including web, email, social and traditional media
Evaluate campaign results and perform ongoing testing for optimal performance
Collaborate closely with Client Services, Creative, and Promotions and Merchandise teams for successful delivery of campaigns
Write, edit and proofread marketing communications as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
2-4 years related work experience in marketing communications and creative services
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects
Understanding of the creative development process in order to intelligently and articulately communicate with Creative Services to deliver effective creative solutions
Understanding of website design, social media, and email marketing best practices
Ability to develop original messaging and content
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Agency experience preferred
