The Marketing Manager/Graphic Designer will set the standard of excellence for our brand through your design knowledge, creativity, and exceptional artistic expertise. This experienced and creative design professional will provide leadership in the design, coordination, and development of all graphical elements of proposals, presentations, and related marketing materials. A primary focus of this position will be to oversee and develop the graphic design team and to manage internal design projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Meets in house department managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job; interprets their business needs and develop a concept to suit their purpose
• Work with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD)
• Work on layouts, type and font, and art working pages ready for print • Keeping up with of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Flash • Create Style Book
• Work closely with Project & product Managers, provide creative concepting, develop creative ideas and graphical treatments, blend photography, Logos, print Ads, imagery, charts, text, and multimedia elements to create high–impact sales collateral, websites, presentations (including Flash), proposals, graphics and other sales tools
• Work effectively with Marketing Program Managers and the Director to develop compelling visual concepts and themes for marketing products and services

Required Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or a related field
• 5–7 years of related work experience in marketing and design, preferably supporting multiple projects in a high-traffic design environment
• Experience leading a graphic design team preferably in an agency or an agency-like environment servicing multiple external or internal clients
• A rich portfolio of work examples in a variety of medium (printed materials, websites, Flash presentations, advertisements, graphics, multimedia, etc.)
• Proven skills and educational training in art direction, typography, layout, composition, color theory, and information design; multimedia/motion graphics design experience a plus
• Experience of deep brand design experience
• Complete proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
