• Responsible for all client service delivery and support
• Provide leadership in the day to day-to-day data center management and systems operation with a focus on continuous improvement
• Create, develop, and implement Operations best practices with a focus on linking technology, strategy, and client teams
• Work with the Program Management Office to ensure timely delivery of products and feature enhancements
• Support the business in the development of appropriate Contracts, SLAs, and SOWs to support the closing of new business
• Support vendor selection and implementation of various enterprise platforms
• Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and release schedules

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Engineering
• Hands-on experience developing in open source environments
• 2-5 years experience in a senior leadership position
• Minimum 5+ years in Product Management in either B2B or B2C
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Business minded, highly motivated leader with a track record of successfully delivering results
• Must be experienced in providing leadership to the day-to-day design, delivery, and management process
• Experience with Data Center Management, Systems Operations; Co-location/cloud based hosting, and open source systems
• Intimate experience and knowledge of VOIP, web/mobile systems integration, and telecomm enterprise systems management
