Our Miami based Management Service Provider (MSP) is growing and looking to add a Jr Level I- IT Support–HelpDesk person to their team.
Attitude is everything as you will be working with their end-user clients–solving IT issues. Work will be done from their office in Miami–100% Phone Support
Excellent Customer Service and communication skills a MUST. This is an opportunity where you can take your IT Support skills to the next level. and continue to advance as the company is rapidly expanding.
– A level I- IT support specialist;
– 2+ years of IT Hhelpdesk experience;
– Experiences within a MSP is a plus;
– Fluent English/Spanish-for Latin American client base
– Certified A+, N+ and/or one such as MCTS, MCP…
– Familiar with ConnectWise is a plus;
– Skills: windows, troubleshooting, MS Exchange, active directory;
– Academic degree in any IT related fields.
MUST have expertise in a Windows Environment.—Exchange, AD-etc
Pluses: ConnectWise, Autodesk, VMware, ticket systems, firewall.
