The Digital Business Systems Analyst is responsible for guiding the UX development team by formulating and formalizing business requirements to build digital products and enhancements that help our client's customers research, purchase, plan, and manage their vacation purchases. The Digital Business and Systems Functional Analyst is an integral member of the digital marketing department that actively is building and designing the next generation of our client's website, planning portals, promotional landing pages, mobile websites, and apps with the goal of driving engagement, loyalty, and ultimately sales conversion.



• Work with digital product owners within Digital Marketing department and business partners to understand business models, to help develop and document requirements for new and enhanced functionality on a wide array of websites and consumer-facing applications

• Work with multiple groups to solve complex user problems, using multi-disciplinary teams to conceive and craft digital products and services

• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements for digital products

• Create and maintain a library of business requirements documentation

• Complete structured analysis using business models, process models, data models, and workflow models

• Facilitate of one-on-one and group interviews to find requirements consensus

• Guide the business and operations teams through QA and User Acceptance Testing

• Review user experience deliverables from consumer journeys, wireframes, site maps and user flows to functional specifications — identify constraints and overcome them

• Communicate between digital marketing, business operations, and Enterprise IT department to ensure clarity and consistency of requirements acrossthe project lifecycle

• Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) in coordination with Enterprise IT groups



• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or 3 – 5 years of experience in the role of systems and/or business analyst

Experience working on at least one of the following:

• Large enterprise-level marketing sites

• International eCommerce sites — developing user interactions and complex product catalog-related integrations with other applications

• A lifestyle brand or branded manufacturer with a direct channel or a retailer’s eCommerce channel
