As Director of Digital Insights and Analysis – What You Will Do:

This position is based in Chicago for our client, an award winning Interactive Agency.

You will lead a team of digital analysts as the agency helps their clients evolve their digital strategies and marketing programs via digital analytics and meaningful analysis
Serve as the thought leader and subject matter expert in the field of digital analytics
Articulate how this space is evolving and how our clients and future clients can improve their businesses through digital intelligence and analytics
Develop analytical plans and strategies to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing programs for our clients
Lead and/or execute the development and communication of meaningful insights for our clients in order to drive measurable improvements in their digital marketing and strategy activities
Lead/oversee statistical analysis and modeling activities in order to drive growth in marketing programs
Work with the internal marketing and strategy teams to define business objectives and use the proper metrics to develop/improve strategies and marketing programs
Educate and work collaboratively across internal teams and external stakeholders
Collaborate with internal strategy and marketing teams to ensure analysis activities are best in class
What You Will Need To Do It:

Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience leading and executing digital marketing and strategy analytics in an agency or consulting environment
Bachelors degree in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics or management information systems. Graduate degree in statistics or similar discipline is preferred
Expert level knowledge of web analytics platforms (Google Analytics and Omniture in particular), statistical modeling tools, and other third party data sources
Insight oriented reporting, dashboard development and advanced analytics experience is essential in this role
Proven ability to use data to drive meaningful business insights
Proven ability to articulate a strategic direction and recommendations to those not intimately familiar with digital intelligence/analytics
Proven ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders
Expertise and/or familiarity with multiple digital data sources
Outstanding oral and written communications skills
