The Business Analyst will work closely with management and development teams to define, develop, release, maintain and continuously improve the quality of our client's web-based CRM applications.
Financial Applications, Lending Industry experience preferred. Must be a rockstar at gathering and writing business requirements!
• Understand and analyze user needs – identify customer needs and capture potential new product requirements
• Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures
• Confer and coordinate with programmers and other personnel to design and develop Loan Management Software
• Write and maintain functional specifications for new or modified business systems
• Track and document changes to functional and business specifications
• Create or assist others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures
• Monitor, research, resolve, and document post-implementation problems and revision requests
• Assist in defining product vision and future direction
