Our client located in Juno Beach is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to assist with the implementation of a Windows 7 upgrade across 15 Business Units. This assignment is ideal for someone with expertise in Business Analysis, Software Implementation, and highly organized.
Assist in analysis and coordination of migrating computers to the Windows 7 operating system for employees across 15 BU’s. Will be responsible to research and analyze installed software for various corporate staff business units in an effort to ensure the suitability to migrate to windows 7. Will be responsible for end-user interviews to create a deployment schedule. The position will also collaborate on an on-going basis with stakeholders and apply proven communications, analytically and problem solving skills to proactively assist in the migration to the Windows 7 operating system. Candidates applying for this position must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following areas: – Fundamental understanding of system development life cycle and project management concepts – able to plan and manage activities – Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks while under pressure – Strong customer focus – Highly organized individual Highly self-motivated and directed. Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail Position Requirements 2+ years of experience as a business analyst in support and development of financial application systems. International Institute of Business Analyst- CBAP – Certified Business Analyst Professional preferred. College degree in the field of Computer Science, Management Information systems and/or Finance/Accounting preferred. Excellent listening, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
