Our client, a leader in International media is looking for someone to manage their Cisco Voice Infrastructure. You will be responsible for integrating voice technology into underlying network architectures. Their telephony solution must run transparent, scalable, and manageable. ”Hands-On” experience in implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network.
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (formerly Unified CallManager),
• Quality of Service (QoS),
• IP Phones
• Voice Applications
• Utilities on Cisco routers and Cisco Catalyst switches.
• Voice –Video Solutions
A minimum of 5 years of related IP telephony design and 5 years related implementation experience
Excellent verbal communications and written documentation skills are required
Able to prioritize and multi-task
Active CCVP certifications or equivalent experience is preferred
Active Cisco Voice Specializations are desired
