Web Analyst handles functions related to managing the day-to-day execution of data clients external website

A minimum of 4 to 6 years’ experience in web analytics for progressive, high-traffic websites.
•Adobe (Omniture) Site Catalyst experience strongly preferred.
•Analytical tool knowledge and experience to include Tealeaf, voice of customer, customer satisfaction measurement, or other industry standard web analytics tools.
•High level of proficiency with industry standard analysis and presentation tools (Excel, Power Point etc.) required.
•A bachelor’s degree with course work in a related field required: computer science, business, finance, engineering, technical field, or equivalent related technical experience is required.
•Prior project management experience is strongly preferred.

Major Job Functions/Components
•Responsible for defining and maintaining core competencies and best practices surrounding web analytics, targeting, campaigns and email activities.
•Define and implement processes, research and establish best practices, facilitate requirements gathering and documentation, perform analysis, and presentation of metrics and findings. Establish strong working relationships across all web stakeholders to define needs and recommend appropriate process, tool, and technology solutions.
•Stay abreast of trends across the industry regarding web, social and campaign measurement.
•Develop and deliver presentations for key stakeholders. Participate in and facilitate creation of recommendations based on key data insights and trends.
•Serve as subject-matter-expert to support the analytic and metrics of the Web Office and our stakeholders/IT Partners. Fulfill this role analyzing web traffic using tools such as the Adobe/Omniture Suite (Site Catalyst) and Google Analytics, Customer Experience Management (CEM) tools, Tealeaf and Voice of Customer Survey Data.
•Serve as business administrator for all web office analytic tools, ensuring all client web pages are correctly coded and tracked.
•Define measure and report on KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) across all of Clients web properties.
•Partner outside the web office to ensure that best practices in metrics and decision making are being exposed to management and core website decision makers.
