Our client will be hiring over 60 people in the next 3 years and your role as the Talent Acquisition Manger is essential to this growth! If you have recruiting experience, love technology and will stop at nothing to source, attract, recruit and retain the very best talent, then keep reading.
Reporting to the CEO this person will devise an end to end strategy, to create a recruitment process, manage the sourcing, including initial assessments, interviewing of candidates, creating offers and on boarding new hires.
Tactics include: job posting optimization, recruitment marketing, using social media, job boards, as well as other digital means to source candidates for open jobs.
Attend career fairs, and other industry events
Develop a corporate policy for bench marking and talent assessment by working with internal teams and hiring managers.
Manage recruitment marketing initiatives, internship programs, as well as internal referral programs.
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.

Participate in the development of in house training and retention programs.

•Proven experience of recruiting in a corporate and/or agency recruiting environment, with a working knowledge of recruiting policies and practices
•A Successful history of hiring teams — experienced & skilled team members that consistently shine above the rest.
•Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. MUST have a great sense of humor.
•Ability to build relationships, recruit candidates, influence selection decisions and never compromise excellence!
•Strong negotiation skills required.
•Extensive Social network through Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and other social media channels
