Job Overview: Our client is seeking a business analyst who would be responsible for the successful implementation and training of their own clients utilizing their proprietary software. This includes involvement in all phases of project planning from pre-sales to post-implementation support as required. Position requires strong process and consultative customer focus and ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously.
3+ years construction administration experience in roles such as project management, project coordination, cost control or project engineering Strongly Preferred.
3+ years external client facing experience.
Job Duties/Accountabilities of Position
Analyze client business process/requirements and develop corresponding process and data flows.
Perform gap analysis activities to identify and document any possible requirement gaps.
Provide creative solutions to ambiguous business problems.
Develop client materials and deliver training required for each client implementation.
Configure data and business rules for new/existing implementations.
Assist with testing strategies, conditions and evaluation of expected results.
Deliver meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations as required.
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Offer in-depth line of questioning to uncover barriers, resistance and overall software usage.
Use diplomacy to communicate positively information that may be disagreed with or undesirable.
Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time if required.

Proficient experience with MS Office Suite, Visio, SQL, and web technologies
Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
