Graphic Designer


Description:


* Carry out the vision of company’s Marketing and Sales departments through the production of collateral, web campaigns and advertising
* Develop and produce collateral materials such as sales folders, monthly direct mail campaigns and brochures for events, tradeshows, sales team, and other marketing programs.
* Design/print advertisements for events and promotions
* Receive, check and store all printing materials and marketing materials
* Maintain accurate inventory of printing & marketing materials & reorder when necessary
* Maintain mailing lists with updated information
* Maintain the Sales Reps Data Base as accurately as possible to ensure reliable data
* Maintain database with all vendors’ contact information
* Keep tear sheets of all advertising, direct mail, and public relations stories from paper
* Update activities calendars regularly and schedule of events and press releases on site
* Maintain all marketing materials and files neat and organized for maximum efficiency
* Assist the VP of Marketing & Sales as requested


Requirements:


* Expert knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver and knowledge of the latest web trends and techniques
* Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
* Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Flash with strong layout skills
* Quick learner with strong interest and willingness to learn new software
* Strong proofreading and editing skills
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Diligent worker with a high standard of work product
* Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous presentations
* 1-3 years of experience
* Associates’ degree in Graphic Design preferred
* Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred
