The panel of judges who will select the winner at the event include:

  • Mary Anderson, Technology startup investor, board member, advisor
  • Carolina Canida, Co-founder, Cito Ventures
  • Johanna Mikkola, Co-founder & Managing Director, Wyncode Academy

The winning startup will receive $15,000 in early-stage funding and free exhibition space at unbound Miami 2018. All finalists will also be offered a free one-on-one pitch meeting with Miami Angels, a partner of Aminta Ventures.

In addition to learning about exciting new startups and gaining insights into how angel investors make funding decisions, this year’s audience will get to vote for their favorite startup in the new People’s Choice category. The People’s Choice winner will receive free legal and staffing consultation from members of the MITEF South Florida board.

* Light refreshments will be provided.
