Our Miami based client is looking for an IT Specialist to join their team. Ideal candidate will support all aspects of technology of the company.
Experience troubleshooting Windows XP, Office Suite, Internet Explorer, some networking/administration
Diagnose and identify problems to provide solutions
Hardware, software, telecommunications, networking, and troubleshooting
Experience reporting technical concepts to management, peer group and staff teams
Provide a high level of customer service for end users
Support laptops, desktops, mobile and data devices, all meeting room infrastructure, phone and voice mail systems, and other IT, Telco & AV office infrastructure.
Deployment, configuration and imaging of staff equipment
Troubleshooting, documentation and maintenance of notebook, laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, presentation equipment, room-booking kiosks, PDAs, telephones and telecommunications systems.
Support a variety of operating systems, software, email and internet protocols
Hardware and software asset tracking
Maintain communication with local, regional, and global support teams
Maintain, analyze and record problem call history for improvement
Responsible of maintaining detailed inventory of all IT, A/V and telephone communications equipment
Achieve annual goals and objectives, developed in cooperation with IT Service organization and local management
