Data Analyst – Google Analytics Manager

Our Fort Lauderdale client is looking for a Data Analyst – Google Analytics Manager who is focused on analyzing and synthesizing the recurring analysis and insight deliverables from key partners. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the analytics offering. The key skill is the ability to measure and analyze the data while providing insights for change and guidance for improvement of our client’s digital presence, associated media programs and campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee all analytic and digital research needs of the agency
  • Develop regular reporting schedules and make recommendations to improve the health of the company’s digital channels
  • Work with Search, Media & Strategy team to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital initiatives and implement complementary tracking configurations
  • Lead efforts to standardize the web, mobile and campaign metrics used to define customer and business success
  • Create forward-looking, analytics-based recommendations to ensure future success of all digital properties
  • Managing the development and evolution of a digital campaign real-time dashboards
  • Design and conduct analysis, interpret results and synthesize recommendations
  • Facilitate data driven decision making (click-stream analysis, search analysis, multivariate testing analysis) for all online service related activities (click-to-chat, secure emails, social media).
  • Work closely with internet technology teams for data capture, consolidation and validation as well as coordination of tags and tracking parameter implementations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to assist with data collection and reporting

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in an analytical discipline with related work experience in web development and data analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, applying data-based findings to generate specific site improvements, excellent critical thinking skills and strong written and verbal communication are required.
  • Use of web analytics systems Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Digital Marketing Cloud (Analytics, Discover, Target)
  • Exposure to A/B and Multivariate testing methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience with an enterprise SQL type database software product (i.e. Oracle, Teradata, etc.)
  • Experience with SAS and UNIX preferred
  • Understanding of data visualization techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
  • Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
