Help Desk / Network Administrator

We are looking for a Help Desk / Network Administrator to support a variety of clients on-site and our home office in Boca Raton as-needed. Our on-site clients are all in South Florida.  

This is a 3+ month Contract-to-Hire opportunity. Once the position goes Full Time Perm, the salary range is 45K to 50K with excellent benefits. 

This position will be supporting users with a wide range of support issues.

  • Experience supporting wireless and wired networks 
  • Set up desktops and notebooks
  • Install and monitor antivirus software
  • Experience with MS Exchange, Active Directory
  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS Desktops
  • Experience with Android and iPhone/iPad Devices
  • Support applications including Microsoft office
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Light event or presentation support such as connecting users to WiFi, projectors, etc
  • Experience in a technical support role
  • Industry certifications would be a plus (CCNA, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • "Can Do" attitude and ok with being on call
  • Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
  • Must be able to speak English
