Bilingual Account Manager

We are seeking a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Account Manager who will specialize in deploying integrated interactive television and interactive mobile applications into the hospitality marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with IT and sales team from the project kick-off meetings to customer planning meetings to customer content meetings
  • Work with customers on content options during the build-up and installation processes
  • Provide on-site product and content support
  • Manage account post-installation working with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, implementation of new features and provide up-sale options.
  • Connect to client-site systems to run reports and analyze data to identify issues, risks and sales opportunities

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years experience in a technical account manager role
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Able to represent to communicate to customers in a positive and professional manner providing top-notch customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Valid US Passport and willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally for up to 3 weeks at a time

 Plus Skills:

  • Hospitality/Cruise industry experience
  • Photoshop/Video Editing
  • Experience working with content management systems and/or bug tracking applications
