We are seeking a Technical Account Manager in who is responsible as the technical point of contact between clients and the IT team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between customers and software development teams.
- Create, document, maintain and enhance processes
- Conduct on-boarding training, support, and compliance to new relationships
- Coordinate client program setup, testing and performance analysis.
- Works closely with the sales team to help present additional services to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in client account management, project management or IT
- Experience with web development or supporting web-based projects
- Knowledge in generating solution and/ or technical documentation
- Experience in mobile technology and workflow configuration is a huge plus.
- Willingness to travel to client site
