Our Boca Raton and New York City based client is seeking Software Engineer to help take the company to the next level. They use a mix of languages including Python, Node.js and PHP. Front-end frameworks utilized include Angular.js and jQuery. On the Back-end MySQL is the primary database with other tools used deeper analytics.
Requirements:
- 5+-years’ experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience with Python, PHP, and/or Node.js (more than one language is a big bonus)
- The ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly
- Experience with MySQL
- Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript/AngularJS
- A desire to work with large amounts of data
- A passion for software development and a strong interest in solving business problems
- Knowledge of AWS
- Ability to take ownership and direction of applications developed
- Compulsion to ask questions and keep the dialogue open with engineers and business stakeholders
- Excitement about trying and learning new technologies
