The purpose of this session is to encourage an attendee to review what he/she is doing in their career today and help them determine how they want to shape it in the near future. In today’s changing environment, an attendee needs to be aware of the 4 basic career concepts and how to embody those concepts into their personal life. The presentation takes the attendees through an exercise to illustrate to them the resources that are available to help them on their journey.

Atul Peres-da-Silva

Atul Peres-da-Silva is a Senior Technical Project Manager at Senior Technical Program Manager with Fujitsu North America. Previously served Senior Technical Program Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. Prior to taking on the President position at NCPMI, Atul served for three years on the NCPMI Board in various capacities. Atul has 16 years of professional project management experience spanning a 23 year career in Telecommunications, IT and the Health Care Industry. In addition, Atul is a certified trainer and a senior instructor for the NCPMI Chapter. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and holds a Master of Computer Science from the University of Poona and an MBA from North Carolina State University.
