Funding comes in many forms and in many stages of a company’s life cycle.
Traditionally fundraising goes something like this:
Friends and Family > Seed Investment > Series A > Series B-Z > IPO
At each funding intersection there are different standard requirements and a variety of players who get in on the deal. Most of us are familiar with Angels, VC’s, Syndicates and Crowdfunding but who are they, what are the typical investment ranges for these players and when do they come to bat.
