Speaker Bio:
Simone Brown Knight is the Principal and Founder of StockTheMind LLC, a South Florida based management consulting firm that re-engineers businesses to reduce costs and increase profitability.
She’s an electrical engineer that also holds certifications in both Project Management and Lean/Sigma. Simone has been a featured speaker at professional development conferences, such as the Project Management Institute, the Human Resources Association of Broward County (HRABC) and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. She was also featured in Entrepreneur Magazine and hosted Money on the Mind, a business talk radio show on 1360AM.
Through her firm, StockTheMind, Simone uses these mediums to help entrepreneurs, corporate executives and nonprofits “take it to the next level”. In 2008, she was recognized by Success South Florida Magazine as one of South Florida’s top 40 under 40 most influential black professionals.
Today, Mrs. Knight teaches Agile project management and PM certification as an adjunct faculty member at Nova Southeastern University. She also serves on the Business School Advisory Board of Miami Dade College and directs the marketing efforts of Informed Families, a local nonprofit organization in Miami.
