About the Workshop Leader, Clare Merlo
Clare is a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index, Master Practitioner, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Masters in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
Clare’s Information Technology career has taken her from healthcare in the Midwest to the United Nations in Italy, and most recently as the Director of Business Solutions at LNR Property Corporation headquartered in Miami Beach. As the owner of MERLO Coaching, Clare guides IT professionals to up their game, to become more effective leaders of themselves and others, and ultimately to create more fulfillment in their careers.
