In celebration of October’s National Cyber Security Awareness Month, Nova Southeastern University’s College of Engineering and Computing

(CEC) is hosting a Panel Discussion on “Building the Next Generation of Cyber Professionals” with leading industry experts. The event will strive to bring awareness to the field, and will discuss the current and future state of the cybersecurity profession.

The panel discussion will be moderated by CEC Professor James Cannady, Ph.D., and will include panel members, Mauricio Angee, CISO at Mount Sinai Hospital and NSU alumnus; Sanjay Deo, Founder & CEO of 24By7Security, Inc.; Ana Roldan, AvMed Health Plans Director of IT Security Risk and Compliance and NSU alumna, and FBI Cyber Squad Special Agent.

This event will be taking place on Thursday, October 15 at 6:00 p.m. in the Carl DeSantis Building, Sales Grand Room, 3000.
